I went to the heart doctor this morning for my 3 months check up. He said I was doing fine and to come back in 6 months. I am still walking 2 miles a day on the treadmill. I am feeling fine but not doing too much.

Good Morning, I am doing fine just taking it easy but am still walking 2 miles each morning on the treadmill. Hope all of you are doing fine. Ann and Jordan are suppose to get here Thanksgiving afternoon late and will go back Tuesday morning. We all plan to go to the Sanits vs New England Patriots game on Monday Night. That is Jordan's favorite teams. Of course the Saints is ours. Alabama won last night and is still #2. We are fixing to watch the Saints game. Hope they win.

Good Morning every one. I am doing fine. I have already been to Wal-Mart's this morning. I was out of yogurt. I am still walking 2 miles a day on the treadmill. Ann is coming to viist Thanksgiving day and go back on Tuesday. We plan to attend the Saints football game on Monday night. Jordan is coming with her. She had one vein in her heart that was 80% closed and they put a stint in it and she says she is stilling better than she has felt in several years. Heart problems sure do seem to run in out family. Strokes also. Out of 10 children 6 have had heart problems and 3 strokes.

I am doing fine. I got back from Tuscaloosa last night. I enjoyed visiting with the family and my eyes checked out fine and I don't go back to the eye dcotor for two years. I stayed with Jackie Sat and Sun and Wayne carried me to the eye doctor Monday morning and dropped me off at Debbie,s where I stayed until Wed noon when she carried me to catch the train. I did not weigh or walk on the treadmill sheil I was gone. I was surprised the I had only gained 1 lb. I was back to walking 2 miles this morning. Hope all of you are doing fine.

Well I haven't written on the blog in awhile as I never had anything new to say. I am doing fine. I go into the office a few hours aday. I went for my regular check up on the 15th and everything checked up fine. Just had to get my prescriptions rewritten. My good Cholestrol was not as good as it should be. She said exerise and fish oil would help. I told her I was already doing that. She suggested a glass of wine with supper. Connie got some and I have been trying that this week but it taste terrible and I drink it down like medicine. When this bottle is gone I intend to go to Welch's grape Juice. I hear it is similar. I am leaving early in the morning and taking the train to Tuscaloosa. I have an eye appointment on Monday. I plan to stay with Jackie Sat and Sunday and then go to Debbie's after my eye appointment on Monday. I will probably come back about the middle of the week. Betty hope you and Dot are having a good trip. Ann is doing fine. She said she feels better than she has anytime since Winfred died. Maybe the 80% closed artery was her problem all along. Verona had her cataracts removed and can see much better now. All of you take care.

Good Morning, I am doing fine. I have already walked my two miles this morning, gone to the drug store and grocery store and am in for the rest of the day. Jackie, Jerry and Julie are at Gulf Shores for the week-end. We have no Saints game this afternoon so I will probably take a nap. I liked that Alabama game yesterday.
